Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

I'm planning to book a flat in kalyan. The building is 16storey and already 5slaps are completed. Builder is insisting to pay society and ammenities charges before registration but ideally this amount should be paid after possession. Any help MOFA Act

It is the duty of builder to form society. It is illegal to ask for payment to form society. You can negotiate the builder for the amount. In case you have to pay the fees pay with a protest letter and get due acknowledgment from the builder so that you can pursue the matter in consumer court once he gives possession to you.
