Quitting my job?
I'm a licensed dental hygienist. The dentist I work for did some recent dental work on my fiance for the cost of the lab fees. I'm now looking for another job for other reasons. I want to know if she can take me to court over the waived fees. She never stated that if we left our jobs the waived fees would be reinstated. What legal right does she have? What legal right do I have?

If she chooses to do so, it will be your word against hers if she files suit. She can file suit and you each can present evidence.
