statue of limitations on credit card debt

In Indiana, what is the statue of limitations on credit card debt? And what can you do if a creditor is suing after the SOL?

It depends on how it the debt is characterized: accounts get a 6 yea r statute of limitations and written contracts get a 10 year statute of limitations. The SOL is an affirmative defense - if sued you need to raise it for there to be a defense.
