Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Child care in divorce

My son\'s father and I are divorced we recently had changed visitation time

and we are having a disagreemnt about the Indiana Parenting time Guilding in

Section I C 3 Opportunity for additional parenting time. I work third shift

and while I am at work my father spends the night at my home to watch my

son. Would this be included in a time I would need to offer this time to my

ex since it is a family memeber watching my son and not another person or am I still required to offer this time to his father?
