Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my daughter who is 15 was dating a suposively 17 year old he turned out to be 25 she didn't know and neither did i and she gave a statement to CPS and his paroll officer cause he was on paroll for misconduct with a minor and we did not know this and they came into my house with me there and she is 15!!!! Does she have to give another statement to the police she is scared and doesn't want to talk about it

they cannot make her asnwer unless she is asked to give a deposition. However, you might be better off having her get counseling ans giving a statement so that this man can be placed where he belongs.
