Grandparent's Rights

My son has a 2 month old child with a woman to whom he is not married. His relationship with the woman has now ended. As a grandparent do I have any vistation rights with this child?

Any rights you have would have to come through your son.

First, he has to establish paternity of this child, and then you can see the child, but it will have to be with his help.

You do not have an enforceable right against the bio mom to see the child.
