My husband and I are wanting a divorce and We don't know where to go get papers. i am divorcing my husband due to irreconcilable differences. we have two children. what do i do

that need to be addressed and too many rules. Nevertheless you can find the Family Law Statute at Indiana Code 31. You also need to look at your local court's rules, the Indiana Child Support Guidelines, the Parenting Time Guidelines and the forms that apply.
