modificaton orders in support and visitation
how does my husband get the orders here in indiana to be honorred in ky. where ex lives the orders were signed here in in. and we are being the case is in limbo that no state has jurisdiction on the case but he still pays support and is current in this one child is of age and lives in another state and the other is in another state in a religious compound held against her will. the mother has neither child under her roof. please help us find the naswers we need. should wego back to the original judge and see if h can reverse his orders.

Any modifications would have to go before the original court who set the order in place. That is, unless you agree or motion the court for a change of venue. Then, the other county/State would have to accept. Call our office if you would like assistance with this.
