Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am resigning as healthcare guardian to my husband - soon to be Ex-husband. What is involved or what must one do to transfer that guardianship to one of his family members residing in another state - Colorado?

If this was a court appointed guardianship, you need to ask for discharge and indicate that

a new guardianship is being established in another state.
