Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My son's father will not stop calling me. We do have joint custody but the custody agreement says he only gets his son one weekend a month. He has had him 2 days this month already, we had a verbal agreement that he would have him two separate days because of his work schedule. I am wondering if there is a way i can get him to stop calling me 40 plus times a day. He leaves nasty voicemails and never stops calling, sometimes the phone calls will continue until 4 or 5 in the morning, so i am forced to keep my phone on silent. He also leaves me nasty messages on myspace. He has even been arrested for trespassing on our property at 3 in the morning. I was wondering if there is a way to file a no contact order without causing problems with the custody agreement and if not, what can i do?

You probably need to file for a modification in court and address those issues about the phone calls. Have records available. You might also consider obtaining a protective order.
