Ex Spouses military retirement Pay

I need to know how to go about amending the divorce agreement and get what is due to me. My ex husband is getting ready to retire from the Navy, I was a house wife for the first 7 years of his service. How do I go about filing for this as well as am I able to do so. Indiana is where we filed for Divorce.
