You could get Facebook's records of the creation of the profile. This would not have the person's name, necessarily, but it would identify what computer was used by the person to contact facebook.

To get facebook's records you must persuade a judge that the information is important enough to order Facebook to produce its records regarding the profile. A subpoena is a court order that can be enforced by the contempt powers of the court. A judge has the power to issue a subpoena, and the discretion to determine whether or not to grant your request for one.

Whether or not a judge is willing to do so depends on your reasons for wanting to know the identity of the profile creator. You would almost certainly need an attorney to assist you in making such a request to the court.
