minor owes team equipment

a kid was given a team uniform and was asked to pay dues to play rugby. he has since quit the team and has not returned the uniform or paid the dues. what are my options to recover the uniform and dues

Send a letter or call the chjild's parents. If that does not work, all you can do is file a small claims case. Good luck.
