Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

Perjury/Theft

I just got back from a landlord-tenant court case. I am no longer living in the house in question and it has been rented to new tenants. My landlady lied multiple times under oath. I know that I can't prove most of it, however, in her request for damages she showed the judge pictures of the lawn and said that because I didn't rake the leaves she had to pay $400.00 to have the yard raked. The hearing is over and the judge said he would have an answer in one week. I drove past the house that I lived in and found that the same leaves are still on the ground there. It is very obvious that there was no raking done by anyone. I feel that not only is this perjury but also attempted theft. The judge could possibly come back and charge me $400 for lawn maintenance that was not performed or paid for by the landlady. Can I submit pictures to the judge showing the leaves still there, even though the hearing is over(since he is still considering the case)? If the judge grants her the money for this can I have her prosecuted for theft and/or perjury? I could not have brought the pictures to court prior because I had no idea that she was going to charge me for leaves in the yard.

Re: Perjury/Theft

I suggest that you look at Rial rules 59 and 60. If she committed perjury, the court can hold her in contempt.
