Legal Question in Product Liability in Indiana

tow truck liability

i have a four wheel drive jeep that was

towed, presumably not on a flat bed

because it screwed up the

transmission... do i have a case against

the tow company, or do they make you

sign away your right when you get it

out of the lot...
