Expired lease

I am trying to find out what my rights are as a tenant with a lease that expired 4 months ago, and my landlord and I can't agree when I should be paying rent, so he is evicting me with ten days to move and threatening to sue. I need to know my rights in the state of Indiana

Re: Expired lease

You are on a month to month lease once the old lease expired wihtout a written renewal. Either you or the landlord can terminate the lease on thirty days notice.
