Interest in Home
Interest in the home with give up when I divorced my ex husband. The home is still on my credit and the mortgage company refused to take if off until he refinances. The mortgage payments are behind and I am not able to buy any property become of his late payments. What can I do to get this our of my name. He is not able to refinance due to his credit.

You need to contact your divorce attorney or a new attorney to modify the court order so that your ex can be rquired to sell the property.
