Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Iowa

If the owner of the company is screaming at the top of his lungs to another employee to suck his **** and bend over etc. Can I report him for sexual harrassment because it offended me?

I would think the company policy would have a rule against doing what you say he did. Read the company policy before acting.
