Name Change on title on car
I was engaged, we bought a car together in both our names. We broke up, I took the car and paid it off. he refuses to sign it over to me. What so I do next? I have moved to a different state. I need to transfer the title and remove his name.

You'll have to file a court action to force removal from the title, but try to mediate it. You will probably have to buy his interest in the car.
