Burial Rights

I am really not sure what area of law this really fall under. I am wanting to be buried on my family farm,are there any laws against that?

Call your local county Health Department or Zoning office. The problem may not be the legality of it, but what happens when your grandkids decide to sell to a strip mall developer.
