Someone has published a book of ''who's who in arts & crafts'' and has put me in the book without my permission. How do I get her to take my information out of the next printing.

Step (1): Ask her, in writing, to take you out of her book.

If she doesn't comply with your request, you need to seek legal counsel in HER state of residency/business and follow that attorney's advice.
