Humiliated at work

My boss called me a ''worthless @#$$#''. I was completely humiliated in front of an associate and recruiter. The work enviroment is so hostile, I am not sure what to do.

It depends on the motivation for your boss' comment and whether this was an isolated incident or one of many pervasive incidents leading you to feel that it is a hostile work environment.
