Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
In Louisiana Police told me at arrest i had a date to talk with Detective but I didn't receive notice thats why a warrant was issued did my rights get violated

First, not having much information, I cannot answer your question. If the police have "probable cause" to believe that you committed a crime, then they can lawfully arrest you. What most people don't realize is that police are allowed to lie to people they are questioning, so this might have been an attempt to get you to give a statement.
