I was arrested and charged with DWI in the second offense and careless operation. I'm also on probation. What amI facing?

If you are on probation for DWI, a lot of judges will revoke your probation for getting another DWI during the probation period for the previous DWI.
What the means is you could have to serve the suspended term of your probated sentence and they could tack on more time for the second DWI.
I recommend you speak to an attorney.
