my husband is threatening me that if I leave him I WILL NOT GET COUSTODY OF OUR DAUGHTER ONLY SUPERVISED VISITATION BECAUSE 10 MONTHS AGO I TOOK A BUNCH OF XANAX AND WENT TO MENTAL HOSP FOR A WEEK. I AM DOING FINE NOW CAN HE DO THIS? I LIVE IN LOUISIANA.

Only a Judge can decide what your husband has threatened. If you are too scared to leave, then stay and accept it. If you can't handle staying, leave.
