Personal Injury
A friend was attending a wrestling match as a paid spectator. He was seated ringside. One of the wrestler was tossed over the top rope and feel upon my friend. He is a 64 year old individual and injured his knee. Does he have a cause of action?

Yes, unless he qualifies for worker's compensation.
