Legal Question in Disability Law in Maryland
I'm being harassed and discriminatied against on my job for years. I have proof and examples in writting, even some stuff they aren't aware that I have . There are 3 other employee's in same situation, basic of harassment is we have FLMA for disabilities,so they harass us. What can we do if we have a lawyer, but no money to pay one?

If you have a lawyer, offer to pay him on a payment plan. If you cannot afford a payment plan, try and seek out free legal assistance through the Maryland State Bar or local bar associations. You may also try and look for free legal services through law school "clinics". One such clinic is the Columbus Community Legal Services clinic, which is operated through Catholic University Law School in Washington, D.C. The other thing you could do is pool your money together and sue collectively. Finally, you could represent yourself, but I never recommend that course of action.
Best of luck. ******The above is intended for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client relationship.******
