Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland

want to sue Global Client Solutions or Client Services (as per there answering machine), What shoud I do?

I joined a debt relief program on date 10/12/2011 with Global Client Solutions or Client Services (as per there answering machine). I found them online (www.google.com). I made a payment of $438.83, my first month installment.

I was sued by my creditor prior to the day I first spoke to them. And provided full information about the case that was in the court. I have an email conforming that dated 10/11/2011.

I received a phone call on 11/03/2011 from the Global Client Solutions or Client Services (as per there answering machine), that my case has been dismissed from their side and the reason was,

---- I was sued by my creditor prior to joining their debt relief program.

---- If they deducted the account that I was sued, my remaining debt amount wont make me eligible to the debt relief program that I was inrolled too.

I was refunded $47.09 out of my total $438.83 because I was blamed that I failed to provide the correct information. But the fact is I gave them all the information about my court case and even their documents have my court case number listed under the account number heading.

After many phone calls and leaving voice messages, finally they just simply told me and insisted that their policy does not let them refund my money even though I did nothing wrong.

Sue them in small claims court (State Court) asserting breach of contract. You have to find their registered/resident agent for service in Maryland. If they do not have a agent, you will have to find their main office to serve their President.
