I just asked but ask again can i legally do anything after i sent my reinstatement packet into mva to be reviwed by the medical advisory board so can a lawyer help them speed up process

No, because thr reinstatement process is subject to the MVA's discretion. In addition, even though you may apply for reinstatement on the first day of a first time revocation, you may not be resinstated for six months. For a second, a driver may not apply or be reinstated for a year. For a third, the period is eighteen months, and for a fourth, two years.
