Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I have entered into sep. agrmt. w/ spouse through a online Divorce service she obtained (name unknown to me) iam responsible for paying my half. she says divorce neednt be filed @this time My question is , shouldnt it be filed now? if so by whom, her or myself? I havent been served as of today. Agrmt dated 7/16 of this year. we seperated 6/12 of this year.

Re: online divorce

If you would be filing on grounds of mutual and voluntary separation, you must wait until you have been separated without cohabitation or marital relations continuously for one year.
