Delinquent Promissory Note
I have a promissory note in the amount of $15,000 dollars that was due in September 2007. There was no interest attached to the note for non compliance. How do I get this money owed to me?

You will have to file a collection suit in the District Court of Maryland in the county where the borrower lives or works. If he/she is not in MD, you may be able to file suit here, but you'll probably have to go to where they are to collect.
