time share deed

how do i go about changing a deed for a time share into my sister and my names. my father recently passed. this was his only assest since he lived with me.

Re: time share deed

Either you or your sister may apply to the local probate court in the city or county where your father died to be appointed the administrator of your father's intestate estate(no will).

Upon appointment, then the adninstrator would have the authority to execute an administrator's deed, conveyng the property interest(time share) to you and your sister in equal shares.
