Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

I had ordered a laptop through sales agent at lenovo, USA. I had sent the money on 2nd Sep, 2009 by online transfer. Then when I was waiting for the laptop delivered they said that they did not receive the payment. Because of this I had to cancel the order. But later I came to know that they had received the payment on 9th sep,2009.

After much pressure from my side they had accepted that they received the money after long time. On 10.02.2010 only I got my money back. So I want to ask for the compensation. Can you help me out?
