Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Can charge of larceny over 250 & malicious destruction of property be dropped at arraignment? This man is filing a complaint so I will get a felony on my record so I will not be able to work in my field which is medical.

The charge would not be dropped at arraignment. However, if the allegation is bogus and there was really no probable cause to believe a crime had been committedin the first place, there is a slight possibility of having the complaint withdrawn. This is not easy to do, however, and would take a skilled attorney and the right set of underlying circumstances. In any event, if you are concerned about getting the best possible result out of this, I suggest that you hire a skilled criminal attorney. Good luck.
