Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Driver's License Suspended/Bench Warrant

My son and I moved from Mass. to FL in Jan.05. This week he was driving a co. vehicle, was pulled over, and discovered that his MA LIC. was suspended in May. When he called Mass. DMV, they stated there was a Bench warrant issued but would give no other info. He called the city that issued the warrant to attempt to find out the reason for the warrant, but could get no answer. He thought it was r/t outstanding unpaid parking tix, considered a child support issue, but he gets that taken out of his weekly work check. How can we find out what the warrant is for, so he can prepare to address it and make arrangement to pay fines, go up to court in MASS., etc. We don't have any $$$ to pay for lawyer. Thanks

Re: Driver's License Suspended/Bench Warrant

I would call the jail in the city that the warrant was issued.
