Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Hi i got divorced this summer but i really think i got a raw deal.

My x talked me into arbitration and i had no money but now reviewing it i think it is unfair. can i go back to court and seed a new judgment even thought the divorce is setteled

If you are still within your divorce nisi period, then it may be possible to at least put a stop to the divorce becoming final. I'm afraid it will probably cost you more money now to revisit this than it would have to just have competent counsel in the first place, but this is becoming more and more common. You need to consult with an attorney immediately - with your paperwork in hand - to see if there is something that can be done.
