Re: work parking lot

The owner of the parking lot would be liable for any negligence. In addition depending on the circumstances you may also have a workers compensation claim against your employer. However, each case is different. Please call my office if you wish to review the circumstances of your case

Re: work parking lot

Assuming you suffered some injury from the slip and fall, you would likely bring claims against owner, employer, anyone else responsible for or with some involvement in the upkeep/maintenance of the lot, and let them sort out which among them is responsible, or who bears what share of liability spread among some or all of them.
