Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

School Abuse

I have been assaulted at my children's schools. The school continued for a period of years claiming restraing orders or other things that are not true. This has been done wit no documentation and in the pretense of the children and their parents.

The school has investigated and admitted all of the allegations were false.

Is the school or individual culpable for these heinous abuses? If so, what can be done legally to punish the perpetrators and try to make some repair to the damage done to the children?

Re: School Abuse

If you have been assaulted by a school official, you should call the police.

You really haven't explained how your children were harmed. You haven't explained what allegations were made by the school, or which children and parents are involved here.

Please take a deep breath and rephrase your question in more detail.
