I'm Massachusetts if someone builds a fence on your property what can you do to have it removed

If the fence is on your property you can remove it. However, if you are wrong, you can be liable for damages. Also, self help is likely to result in a bad relationship or even violence with the neighbor. A better choice is to sue your neighbor for trespass and an injunction to stop the trespass.
