i have been served my 48 hr notice...we were just robbed and have nowhere to go..what can i do

More information is needed, and it sounds as though you are in an emergency situation. You should locate an attorney immediately - or contact an organization like Greater Boston Legal Services if you cannot afford an attorney.

Your question is not clear. I assume you are renting. The only entity that can order you out if you are renting is the Court.
