Re: will

Places to check:

(a) Probate Court located in the county where person was living when they passed away;

(b) The attorney of the deceased person, or the attorney of the executor/executrix named under the will;

It is possible to request that the court force a person holding a will to produce it.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance. My office is conveniently located in Quincy.

Re: will

You can check with Probate Court in which the person/deceased lived to see if it is filed on record; contact his/her last known attorney; or seek a formal copy by publication.
