after fall at work ,post surgery complications

In 02/05 I took a fall at work,had been seen at Emloyee health clinic next day I was sent back to work.Had a low back pain and leg pain for a next 10 months,I keep on working taking time off here and there.In 12/05 ER visit ,first was told about herniated disc.Following year 05/06 I was hospitalized with severe back spams ad I was told that now I have three disc hernations.I was not able to work.I found a lawyer and ask to apply for workers compensation.in 09/06 went to have hemilaminectomy and discectomy.After 10 days after surgery I went see my PCP and told her about post surgical wound opening and ozzing.She assured me that is healing from inside and sent me home.seven days latter my wound open more,came to her office again,she give script for antibiotic an sent me home again.Two days latter my wound open fully and I went to ER.Next day , another surgery to clean the wound and that I got staph infection in my wound that spread in to my blood .after surgery I was put on iv antibiotics and sent home Four weeks latter I got alergic reaction to first antibiotic and was put on avelox. again alergic reaction .In 02/07i changed lawyer ,07/07 I finnally got WC,but they don't want to accept upper spine.what to do?is this related ?

You would need a doctor's note relating your upper spine to your injury. Please contact me immediately if you want to pursue this claim, as there is only four years to file a wc claim. If thsi happened in Feb 2005, and they do not have notice, there is not much time to file, and it may have already passed.
