Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Michigan

Devoice compensation

My husband and I are seperated and living in seperate housing, I received papers in mail stating I was devoiced as of February of 2006 with no alamony, insurance benifits, and no pension, we would have been married ten years July 2006 . I never signed any devoice papers. Is this legal? If so am I entitled to any of his benfits.

Thank You

Re: Devoice compensation

You need to make an immediate motion to set aside the judgment. You will need a lawyer to do this as it is fairly complicated. William S. Stern
