Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
My business was approached to buyout another business. My partner lied and bought the business under another llc and after telling me i would be partner refuses to add me.
Before i found this out we had agreed that if i work the acquisition business any losses incurred to our existing business would be covered. This was another lie and now im facing bankruptcy.
I am considering pressing charges for conspiracy to commit fraud, grand larceny, wage theft, and other damages.
