Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I was my grandmother's POA. Am I liable for her nursing home care that was not billed? She died in October & I recieved the bill after her death.

No. A power of attorney ends up the death or the principal. Even during her lifetime, you would not be personally liable for her debts. However, after her death, only her estate would be liable.
