my recourse in receiving request and order to seize property form from a district court officer for the judgement of $1540.58 Could this form be a threat. I need to know my options.

Once a judgment gets to the point of collections, you don't have a lot of options. You should have done something long before this point. You can still attempt to get the judgment set aside if you do not owe the debt by filing a motion with the court. Otherwise, it is best to try and work out payments with the court officer.
