Divorce no kids together

my wife is moving out next week does she have a legal obligation

to the house? the house note is in my name but her name is on the deed.

If your name is the only one on the note then you are the only one who has the obligation to pay that note. However, after you file for divorce you both will have to maintain the status quo.
