Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

michigan laws on child support

I was wondering if there was a new law in michigan stating:

A person could not spend more then 22 days in jail when being sentence for non payment of child support. Unpon release from that sentence, they would have to go through the michigan works workfirst program.
