Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I recently moved out of state with my husband who is serving with the armed forces and my son. My son's father was informed about the move and had no current objections, we even verbally agreed upon a new parenting time schedule. I fear that my son's father may go back on our agreement. He currently pays no support and we signed off rights to use friend of the court. What steps should I take so that my son can legally continue to reside with me? I was awarded phyical custody and we have joint legal.

Your attorney can obtain a court order for your move. That will protect you if the father later changes his mind.
