Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

Hi. My name is ZULU I am married I have five children with my wife. I am from Michigan I have lived in Kent county Michigan since 08/1997 and I have worked my be two jobs before I started working my long term/time job. so i started working for this company on 08/08/1998 I started working for a company that does automotive parts, then not too long maybe after two years me and my wife we have been legally separate for almost close to ten years, so as soon as the separation started, it was around 1999 or 2000 thats when I started paying child support while I was working at this automotive co. then my wifes mother who is my mother in-law she died on march/2010. Since then my wife chose and decided to move to California so she can stay closer with her older brother. So when she moved out to CA. I have been going through stress, depression, anxiety, so I waned to get back with my (family) wife and my kids. Therefore, I started talking to my wife and have apologized to her for everything I have done to her. thanks to GOD and my wife she finally accepted me to back to be part of her life and rise our family together, we started talking about getting together after a long separation so my wife she called the court and asked them that she wants to stop and close her child support case. Therefore, the case was finally closed on June/2010. Then I went ahead and gave my employer a two weeks notice I stated that I am moving out of state and I am quitting on 08/08/10. So when I moved to CA. I started looking for a job and support my family. I was looking for a month and nothing is coming up as of yet. Therefore, on sep/13/2010 I went to a job search place, which I found it on the website, is called orange county one stop. I was looking at their jobs posted on the wall. Then one of the assistance came across to help me out. I explained to her my situation and she helped me how apply one of the jobs online. Moreover, she encourages and recommended me to apply for unemployment for benefit until I find a job. So went ahead and applied on sep/13/2010. Therefore, the next day when I called the Michigan unemployment they told me is going to take six to eight weeks. On 10/26/2010 Michigan unemployment they sent me, email stating I am quoting from their message it says. UIA Response a determination regarding your qualification for benefits was pending and was resolved. Please allow 3 to 5 days to receive and continue to report to MARVIN on your scheduled day and time. UIA Virtual Problem Resolution, (ViPR), Team V0048. I waited, then on 10/30/2010 I received a mail from Michigan department unemployment insurance agency and the letter it say i am quoting from the letter it says:- you quit your job with .......... industries inc on 08/08/2010 to relocate. Your leaving was voluntary and not the fault of employer. Second paragraph it says: - it is found that you voluntarily quit your job without good cause attributable to the employer. you are disqualified for benefits under MES ACT, SEC. 29(1)(A). And at the bottom of the letter it says if you disagree with this (re)determination, refer to "right of protest or appeal I Hope Theres Someone There Who Can Help Me With My Situation, After 12+Yrs Worked For My Com. I Was Not Expecting They Would Let Me Down. Please Help Me Out If I Should Appeal Or Not. In Addition, If So What Would Be The Best Of Your Knowledge On How To Respond To Appeal? Thank You And God Will Bless You For Helping Me Out. In Addition, I Will Deeply Honestly Appreciate You Thank You.
